Forked intervals at the highest speed possible. Very fun training! I made few mistakes but due to the high speed I didnt punch one of the controls of the very last interval. We didnt have bands in any training so we had to go very confident. To sum up, 62:38 mins (9,17km). 12:16 (1,7km) - 14:46 (1,8Km) - 20:52 (3,05km) - 14:44 (2,62Km)
